As a licensed CPA, Kelly has extensive experience as an accountant and auditor. She focuses on applying her technical experience as an engineer to take an analytical, structured approach to applied financial principles and problem-solving. Kelly has worked in public accounting with for-profit and non-profit clients as well as in corporate accounting before starting her own firm almost 20 years ago. She has assisted with Financial audits for Metra, PACE and RTA; the Chicago Public School System and many local towns and villages. She worked on compliance audits for the Inspector General in Washington DC, for entities contributing to restructuring efforts in Afghanistan.
Kelly approaches each client with definiteness of purpose, the knowledge of what her clients want, and a burning desire to help them achieve their dreams. From QuickBooks training to financial instruction workshops, Kelly enjoys providing financial education services to the public and her community.

Aerica is a foodie at heart. She even lists it as one of her favorite hobbies. However, she is very mindful about balance so she continues to run on the lakefront or loves to take a walk with her two dogs.
Aerica has a CPA license and has been in the accounting industry for over 20 years. The right hand to many, she has worked on everything from software implementations, financial statement preparation, account reconciliations, month end close, 1095-C/1094-C filings for ACA to working with 401k, IRS, workers compensation, bank and year auditors.
Aerica loves to develop and train others. Her mother instilled in her and her sister the importance of education and learning. This helped to cultivate a belief that you can learn or gain something from every experience that she has embraced throughout her career and passes on to others including the clients she works with.
